​​Live bees are perishable livestock and require careful handling during transit. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• We guarantee that all bees leave our facility alive, healthy, and properly packaged for shipment.

• Once bees are tendered to the carrier, we have no control over transit conditions, delays, or handling practices.

• We do not guarantee live delivery, as carrier handling, weather conditions, and transit delays are beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from carrier mishandling, delayed delivery, extreme temperatures, or failure to promptly receive the shipment.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.

• If live bees arrive damaged or deceased, you must contact us immediately upon delivery. Please do not install or discard the bees before contacting us.

• When possible, we will make a good-faith effort to work with customers to resolve issues related to shipping, which may include replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

• Failure to report issues promptly may void any consideration for compensation.
